Born and raised in Los Angeles, California, I grew up playing organized sports (football, track).


After College I  started working Corporate America and 4 years into my career, I started to not like the person I was seeing in the mirror. Even though I had a background playing sports known for being in shape. This time around I was the way out of shape and replying on caffeine and energy drinks to keep me going.


So I quickly went back to my roots. Started going back to the gym and football field 6-7 days a week. To quickly burn out within 2 months.


During this time I was confused because I would always bounce back. This time I had to remember I’m not 19 any more I was 30. My body was not the same and needed different.


I started to get more into nutrition. I took a weight loss course and a nutrition coaching course. To educate myself to understand how nutrition played a role in weight loss. Plus teach someone else in the Future.


After implementing a great nutrition plan with a great training plan I dropped 25 pounds in 2 months, my energy levels was out the roof and everyone started asking what was I doing.


Once I helped my first client my Mom dropped 20 pounds I was hooked and wanted to help more people transform and feel like we did without being overwhelmed and hating life.


I’ve always had a passion for fitness. 


Now I have a passion for Health & Fitness and understanding how it plays a role in our everyday life and how we show up.


Which is why I Created the MMFiT Transformation Program. No more feeling tired, overwhelmed, overweight and out of shape.

  • How do I receive the program?

    The program is available through my website on the members only section after you have purchased. Go to the services page, choose a plan, make payment and enter all your personal details and I will start putting together your personalised program! 

  • Is this a subscription based program?

    Yes, the reason I have chose to do this is so you can continue your progress as mainentance is so important. You have the option of a monthly based program or quarterly. This means the programs are constantly updated with workouts and meals tailored just for you depending on the program of your choosing plus continuous support from myself and my team. The beauty of this is that you are not tied in and you can cancel at anytime.

  • Are the programs available world wide?

    Yes! It’s imperative to me that anyone in the world can access this program.

  • Can I do the plan at home?

    We can tailor the plan for you to complete this in your own home if you wish! All you need is a set of weights/dumbbells. You would need to select home only on the set up form. 

  • Refunds and returns.

    When you purchase any of the programs or digital products you agree to no refunds as stated on the website. This is because the content is delivered instantly to consumer and can be seen by the consumer. Refunds can only be given in the following circumstances:


    - If there was a technical issue and we can see that the content was never recovered by the buyer.


    - If the transaction was not genuine due to card fraud, etc.


    - If there is a duplicate order or payment.

  • How do I cancel?

    To cancel your subscription you must email myself  with at least 7 days notice so that you are not charged again. Please note that when you cancel all of your workouts, plans, support and guide will be removed from your account.

  • I’m new to the gym - is this good for beginner?

    The workout is entirely tailored to you and your goals. So if you are new to the gym I’ve got your back with your very own personalized program. Chose weights that are light for your fitness levels and gradually work your way up.

  • Is each month the same?

    No, each month is different. This will involve an increase weight, change of exercises and changes in your meal plan that is constantly updated. It’s all about progress and maintenance.
